The Past Little While
I turned 23!! My birthday was on the 26th.. yes Thanksgiving. My parents invited us over for my birthday dinner last Tuesday and then we went out to dinner with some friends on Friday. Thanksgiving was really good. We were with David's family this year for dinner and then we went over to my parents house later that night. I DID NOT do the Black Friday thing this year, I tried it out last year and it's really not my thing. I did put up all of my decorations though. This is our first Christmas in our house and all of my decorations look really cute in the house. So I went to put my Christmas tree up and everything was out and ready to go... well somehow we have misplaced the most important part... the pole! I tore my house apart looking for that pole and it is nowhere to be found. We were just going to try to find one on KSL, but people want a lot of money for their used trees! We found one at Wal Mart for a pretty good price and it's really pretty and pre-lit so we bought it and put it all up.. well I did.. David just watched. The next day I was talking to my friend and she found one at the Family Dollar for $25!! Pre-lit and everything, yeah we for sure paid more than that, I felt so ashamed of myself! But anyways we had a really good holiday and I had a great birthday!

Halloween Time
I spent the night at my aunt's house a couple of weekends ago and I got to hang out with Cole and Kali.
Cole was a mummy and Kali was a "mean witch."
On Halloween we had a party at our house and a lot of people showed up. It was so much fun!

One Year!!
I don't know why I haven't blogged about our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!
We had so much fun! We both had to work and go to school that day but we had a good night. I made David a blanket and he made me this:
He is so cute... I have been wanting one of these for so long so he called to have one delivered to my work, but they weren't delivering that day and he didn't have time to go get it so.... he made me one! This picture was taken after we ate some of it, but he actually did a pretty good job. We went to dinner that night at our favorite restaurant and then we spent the night at the Anniversary Inn. Our room was so so cute. It was called the Mountain Hideaway. We loved everything about it and had so much fun! We also ate our cake. Some people have told me that it would be really sick, but it was good! And it still looked so cute, it had the ribbon and bow still on.

Another girls day!!
The Elk hunt was a few weeks ago and all the boys were gone all weekend. My cousin, her kids, my aunt, and my grandma all came down and spent the weekend. We started the day off with shopping and having a great time
We were matching! :)
And then the day ended like this...
Ok so we had gotten pizza and salad for dinner. Everyone was carrying stuff in and I had the salads in my hands. My grandma was walking in front of me and everyone was already in the house. As she was walking up the stairs she started to stumble. I tried to catch her but my hands were full and my reflexes hadn't kicked in saying "DROP THE FOOD SHANTAY!" haha so my grandma fell down the stairs right on the back of her head. I dropped the food (finally) and I got down to hold my grandma's head. She started breathing really weird and her eyes kind of rolled back. I was so scared, I really thought she was going to die because she hit her head so hard. I started screaming for someone to come out of the house. We started asking her questions and she couldn't remember anything. She didn't know where she was or what my name was. We called the ambulance and she was really mad that we called and were going to make her go to the hospital. After 3 hours in the ER we found out that she did have a concussion, but everything was fine. I know it seems horrible that I took a picture of this, but it was actually kind of funny when she came to because she was so made at us that we wouldn't let her get up. I have never seen my grandma that mad before.

Girls Day
Happy Birthday Grandma! The girls on my mom's side all got together to celebrate my grandma's birthday. We went to Toad's to play miniature golf and we had some time to kill before dinner so we played in the arcade. After we went to dinner at something Schooner's. It was a really neat place.
